We may share information we hold about you with subsidiary companies, holding companies, or any other subsidiaries involved in our business. In the event of us selling all or part of our business to a third party your personal information may be transferred to that third party and, in some circumstances, may also be retained by us.
None of the personal information we hold about you is used to target advertising. We don't share this information with Google or any of the third-party websites our advertising appears on.
The apprentice agency is registered with the Information Commissioner in the United Kingdom as a 'data controller' in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998.
The Data Protection Act gives you the right to access and update any personal information we hold about you. This is known as a subject access request. If you wish to access the information we hold about you please contact us using the email address below. We may charge a fee for collating and providing this information up to a maximum of £10.
Keeping information about you secure is very important to us. All the information you provide is stored on secure servers and we adopt industry standard procedures and protocols to protect your information including encryption of data and the use of SSL or a comparable standard.
